Whiting: All teams 'enthusiastic' about standing restarts

– FIA Race Director Charlie Whiting says that all 11 Formula 1 teams were in agreement with regards to the introduction of standing restarts from next season.The World Motor Sport Council confirmed last week that Formula 1 races will be restarted on the grid if the Safety Car is deployed during a race, aside from the opening two or final five laps.But despite drivers being against the rule change, Whiting says the teams unanimously supported the idea."What must be remembered is that this was a suggestion from a team," Whiting said during a media briefing ahead of this weekend's British Grand Prix.
