Red flag incident halts british Grand Prix for an hour

dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.15;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;">   SILVERSTONE, 6th July 2014 (F1Plus / Rosie Baillie) - An opening lap incident involving Kimi Raikkonen and Felipe Massa halted the British Grand Prix for an hour while repairs were carried out on the guardrail. Red flags were brought out after Raikkonen slid across the Wellington Straight when he rejoined the track after running wide. The Finn crashed into the barriers before coming to a halt. The Ferrari driver went to the medical centre and had a precautionary x-ray on his right ankle, which the team said was bruised.
