The Championship leader Nico Rosberg retired from the grand prix with a gearbox problem. Mercedes co-team boss Toto Wolff: 'We haven't spoken to Nico yet but it's clear he is very disappointed. 'We had seen a couple laps earlier a problem with the gearbox but we don't know the reason yet. We want to play things safe with Lewis and get him to bring the car home.'
