Esteban Gutierrez has been handed a grid penalty for the second successive race.The Mexican, who was awarded a ten-place grid penalty for this weekend's British Grand Prix for his unsafe release during the previous race in Austria, takes three-place penalty to Germany in two weeks time.The Sauber driver was involved in a clash with Pastor Maldonado during today's race, forcing the Venezuelan's car into the air.
