Hamilton: I feel like I ve been on the back foot

Lewis Hamilton says he feels like he has “been on the back foot all year” until his victory in the British Grand Prix. Having retired from the season-opening Australian Grand Prix, Hamilton was 25 points behind team-mate Nico Rosberg. Although he won the next four races, Hamilton only took the championship lead after the Spanish Grand Prix as Rosberg finished as runner-up each time, but with Rosberg retiring at Silverstone, Hamilton said his win had finally levelled the playing field. “Winning at Silverstone was just an incredible feeling - for myself, the team and the fans, I couldn't have asked for more,” Hamilton said. “I feel like I've been on the back foot all year, only...
