Rosberg must alter World Cup helmet

Nico Rosberg is to alter the design of a helmet celebrating Germany's World Cup win after football's world governing body Fifa objected. Fifa said plans by the Mercedes driver to use an image of the trophy would breach 'intellectual property' rights. F1 title race leader Rosberg, 29, hoped to wear the helmet for his home German Grand Prix at Hockenheim this weekend. He may opt to keep other references, such as the national flag and four stars to represent four World Cup wins. Rosberg has signed a new long-term deal with Mercedes, it was confirmed on Tuesday Germany won the 2014 Fifa World Cup with a 1-0 victory over Argentina in extra-time on Sunday.
