Alonso: FRIC needs back-to-back comparison

Fernando Alonso says the only way to learn how big an impact the loss of FRIC suspension has been would be to run back-to-back comparisons. Ferrari was again strong during Friday practice, with Alonso third quickest in FP1 but dropped to ninth in the second session with team-mate Kimi Raikkonen fourth. While Alonso said his Friday programme had not been affected by the removal of FRIC, he said any performance loss was unclear with every team having dropped the system. “It's nice to be back racing at Hockenheim,” Alonso said. “I've got fantastic memories of the last race here and I like the track a lot.
