Button: 'We got the strategy wrong'

Jenson Button believes his strategy for the German Grand Prix was the wrong one and expected more from the race. The Brit started the race from 11th on the grid but benefitted from the first-lap crash between Felipe Massa and his team-mate Kevin Magnussen to move up to sixth. He used the option tyre in the first stint and was involved in some very close scraps. However, he feels the team called him in for his second pit stop too early and that cost him a better result. Button eventually took the chequered flag in eighth place, behind the Force India of Nico Hulkenberg and ahead of a recovering Magnussen.
