Williams: Red Bull can be caught

Claire Williams says Williams is targeting second in the constructors' championship after moving ahead of Ferrari in to third. Williams was three points behind Ferrari heading in to the German Grand Prix but Valtteri Bottas' second place – his third consecutive podium – was enough to move it five points ahead.
