July 21, 2014 .- New fuel did not give Red Bull the boost it was hoping for in Germany, world champion Sebastian Vettel has admitted. Pre-Hockenheim, it was reported the new blend supplied by Renault's works partner Total would deliver a 12 horse power boost. It did not materialise.
