Hamilton tops opening practice at the Hungaroring

Lewis Hamilton set the pace in the first practice session of the Hungarian Grand Prix weekend at the Hungaroring, finishing just ahead of his team-mate Nico Rosberg It was a busy start to the first practice session of the Hungarian Grand Prix weekend, in warm and dry conditions, with Sergio Perez, Valtteri Bottas, Jean-Eric Vergne and Nico Hulkenberg being the first drivers to take to the Hungaroring for their installation laps. Max Chilton's session got off to a difficult start. He was forced to stop in the pit lane after his installation lap with smoke pouring out of the back of his Marussia MR03.
