Ricciardo registers second career victory

Daniel Ricciardo registered the second victory of his Formula 1 career after winning today's Hungarian Grand Prix from fourth on the grid. It was a dramatic race, with the Aussie losing two positions on the opening lap before then moving to the front during the first safety car period. He eventually pitted three times and moved onto the soft tyre for a short final stint. Ricciardo was able to swiftly catch up to the top three, eventually passing Lewis Hamilton and Fernando Alonso within the space of two laps to take the lead.
