Goodwood Revival to pay tribute to Stewart

This year's Goodwood Revival will celebrate the 50th anniversary of Sir Jackie Stewart's 'discovery' with a trio of special parades that will honour the three-time F1 world champion during the September 12-14 event, it has been announced. Already making waves in sportscar racing, Stewart was spotted testing in early 1964 by Goodwood track manager Robin Mackay, who helped to arrange a Formula 3 trial at the circuit with Ken Tyrrell's team that went on to open the door to worldwide stardom for the then 24-year-old young Scottish racer.
