Caterham joins forces with F4 team

The Caterham F1 team has joined forces with Sean Walkinshaw Racing, appointing the BRDC Formula 4 outfit as its driver development team. In recent months, the Leafield-based outfit has expanded its driver development programme and the latest step made has been to move into F4. The championship, which is under the control of MSV and the BRDC, debuted last year and has fast become a popular series for drivers looking to make the step up from karting. SWR is a front-running team in Formula 4 and currently runs Diego Borrelli and Jordan Albert in the championship.
