Lewis Hamilton says a glazed front brake issue cost him the chance of pole position for the Belgian Grand Prix. Championship leader Nico Rosberg took pole position as Hamilton failed to improve sufficiently on his final lap to beat his team-mate in wet conditions at Spa.
