Bianchi reaches Q2 for third time this year

dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.15;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;">   SPA-FRANCORCHAMPS, August 23rd, 2014 (F1Plus / Rosie Baillie) - Jules Bianchi got through to Q2 for the third time this year to qualify 16th for the Belgian Grand Prix. The Frenchman’s success in qualifying was a repeat of his performance last year in Spa, where he qualified 15th.
