Frijns management denies GP2 speculation

– The management team behind Robin Frijns has denied that the Dutchman is pondering a GP2 return.According to media reports, Caterham reserve Frijns spoke to senior figures at Russian Time – winner of last season's Teams' title – during the Spa-Francorchamps round with a view to a potential race seat in 2015.But Timo Gans, who has been working with the 23-year-old since late last year, has denied the speculation."We haven't spent one single second thinking about doing a step back to GP2," commented Gans, when quizzed over the matter by GPUpdate.net.
