+ 38 former Caterham F1 Team staff have started legal proceedings against the Leafield-based outfit's new owners for unlawful dismissal. The group announced their intention to take legal action at the end of July and have now issued employment Tribunal Proceedings. A statement released on the groups behalf confirmed that legal proceedings have begun and rubbished claims from the Caterham that the staff had been paid for their work in July.
