+ We all love an exciting Formula One race, where multiple overtaking manoeuvres are carried out and numerous drivers have the chance to secure victory. A certain sense of unpredictability is also welcome, the likes of which was witnessed in 2012 when the first seven races were won by seven different drivers. However, F1 often produces only a handful of such races each season – sometimes less – with processional or simply straightforward races more often than not occurring on a regular basis.
