Toro Rosso pair buoyant after impressive qualifying efforts

Singapore Grand Prix – Toro Rosso's Carlos Sainz and Daniil Kvyat have high hopes heading into the Singapore Grand Prix after securing a double top-ten finish. The Toro Rosso pairing of Sainz and Kvyat were able to secure sixth and seventh on the grid respectively, beating their fellow midfield competitors Force India, McLaren and Williams. Speaking after the session, Sainz declared today's result as the one of his ‘best qualifying sessions of his career'. 'A very positive day!' said Sainz, 'I think we can be very pleased with this qualifying session.
