Our team is set up perfectly – Arrivabene

Ferrari team principal Maurizio Arrivabene is sure that his team has every reason to believe that it can turn its furtunes around after recent structural changes. He does not intend to pouch any new team members from rival teams. Ferrari experienced a blow earlier this year when its highly-respected technical director James Allison decided to part ways with the Scuderia after the tragic and sudden death of his wife. The Italian team replaced the key technical figure with a new structural setup instead of a new technical leader. The Maranello-based squad applied a brandnew horizontal structure which puts less emphasise on individuals, it rather builds on the cooperation of individuals....
