Ferrari decided to change several elements of the power unit of Sebastian Vettel’s car after the German encountered technical issues in the qualifying session for the Singapore GP and was not able to set a competitive time. Sebastian Vettel had a short qualifying session yesterday as he was struck by technical problems. A part of the right-rear suspension suffered a fatal breakage which meant he could not set a competitive lap time to wrestle himself into the second practice session and give his technical team time to fix the problem.
