Button warns Vandoorne about 2017 McLaren challenge

Jenson Button has warned his McLaren replacement Stoffel Vandoorne about the potential challenges the Belgian driver is likely to face as a McLaren driver.  At the Italian Grand Prix, Jenson Button announced he would be stepping down as a full-time McLaren Formula One driver, and subsequently McLaren announced Vandoorne will partner Alonso during the 2017 season. Vandoorne has key experience in the field of single-seater motorsports — the Belgian driver was the 2015 GP2 world champion, and along with his McLaren reserve driver role, Vandoorne currently races in Super Formula.
