Renault's Jolyon Palmer believes his team has failed to recognise the effort he and team-mate Kevin Magnussen have put in this season, with their results hampered by an under-developed car. With Renault taking over Lotus at the last-minute, they are essentially running a year-old car, whilst focussing their developmemnt efforts on 2017's regulation changes.
