Lewis Hamilton: “It was a massive relief when I crossed the line”

Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula One Team driver Lewis Hamilton scored a much needed victory at this weekend’s United States Grand Prix, and the Brit could not be happier to have returned to winning ways. “I'm delighted to claim my 50th career victory today, it's been a long time coming, but most importantly it was great to have a solid race weekend.” Having struggled with his starts off the line in recent rounds, Hamilton was relieved to absolutely nail it on Sunday, which allowed him to control the race from the front, and more or less cruise to victory. “This race has always gone extremely well for me, but still, it was a massive relief when I crossed the line given my...
