McLaren-Honda keen to show progress in Mexico

After a disappointing race last year in Mexico, Honda Chief Yusuke Hasegawa is hoping to show that they have vastly improved at this year’s edition. Having already accumulated 74 points in 2016 with three races remaining, compared to their 27-points last season, duo Jenson Button and Fernando Alonso have been regular feature in the points, something Hasegawa is proud of. Looking ahead to this weekend’s race, the Honda boss is eager to show the Formula 1 world that they have been improved since last year and are hoping to continue their momentum from the double-points finish Woking-based outfit enjoyed in America.
