Barcelona announces pre-season test dates

Next year's two pre-season tests will take place at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, kicking off on February 27. Although some of the teams and Pirelli had been pushing for at least one of the pre-season outings to take place in Bahrain, last week it was confirmed that Spain would play host to both. With that resolved, the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya chiefs have confirmed the test dates The first test runs from February 27 to March 2 with the second beginning on March 7 and concluding on the 10th. Bahrain will play host to the first in-season test, which will take place in the wake of the grand prix.
