'French GP to return at Paul Ricard in 2018'

– France could make a surprise return to the Formula 1 calendar at Paul Ricard from 2018, in a five-year agreement, according to reports in the French media.French radio station Europe 1 has reported that the Provence-Alpes-Côtes d'Azur region, the Var department and the city of Toulon are all behind plans to revive the event.As no official announcement has been made, it added that a press conference has been scheduled for Monday, at the Automobile Club de France headquarters in Paris.France last hosted a Grand Prix in 2008, at Magny-Cours, while previously Paul Ricard staged the race 14 times between 1971 and 1990, alternating with Charade and Dijon.Paul Ricard played host to...
