Paffett gets Williams running during test

– Gary Paffett will return to Formula 1 action this week after being handed a day of running with Williams in Bahrain.Paffett, 36, joined Williams last year as its simulator driver, and will pilot the FW40 on Wednesday's second day of the first in-season test at Sakhir.Paffett spent over a decade at McLaren, taking part in testing and carrying out extensive simulator work, before leaving at the end of 2014.The Briton's most recent Formula 1 running came during mid-season testing at Silverstone in 2013.Williams will split running between regular racers Lance Stroll and Felipe Massa on Tuesday's opening test day.Teams must allocate half of the in-season test days to a young driver and,...
