Mercedes have revealed the new look of their numbers and driver names as mandate by the FIA in the wake of last month's Formula 1 strategy meeting requiring numbers and driver identification to be more prominent on cars starting at the Spanish Grand Prix. FIA Formula 1 Race Director wrote to teams before the Russian Grand Prix, setting out the new requirements: 'We require each car number to be clearly visible from the front of the car (Article 9.2).
