Palmer not giving up on a 2018 drive

Jolyon Palmer is looking to end his Renault career on a high note, hopeful that a strong finish to this season will see him secure a place on next year's grid. Just days after Renault announced that they would not be renewing Palmer's contract, the Brit bagged his first points of this campaign. The former GP2 champ finished sixth in Sunday's Singapore Grand Prix, the best result of his Formula 1 career. And after a season of more lows than highs, Palmer is hoping that he can yet save his F1 career.
