Formula E Chile track layout revealed

Formula E have revealed the track layout for the inaugural Santiago ePrix in Chile during a display run by Indycar driver Eliseo Salazar. The native driver took the Spark showcase car around the city on his first venture in Formula E machinery ahead of the unveiling of the track design. The fourth round of the 2017/18 season will be raced on a 2.47km circuit with 12 corners, subject to FIA homologation. The start line is placed on the Avenue Santa Maria, with the track sitting amongst the urban parks and crossing the River Mapocho. “It’s an honour to join President Bachelet for the first appearance of Formula E on the streets of Santiago,” said Formula E’s co-founder and Deputy CEO...
