The internal issues Ferrari must resolve to get back to winning ways

Ferrari's upturn in pace this year proves that it has the right building blocks to bring back the glory days it craves. But elsewhere in the team, long-running problems are continuing to prevent it delivering on that promise… Ferrari should have won in Singapore. It could have won in Malaysia. It may well have won in Japan. But it didn't. Instead, it heads to this weekend's United States Grand Prix 145 points adrift of Mercedes and its dreams of winning a first Formula 1 constructors' championship since 2008 are in tatters.
