Guenther Steiner has urged Formula 1 to consider permanent stewards after Romain Grosjean was penalised in Mexico. The Frenchman was handed a five-second time penalty for cutting a corner while battling with Fernando Alonso for position. The McLaren driver, though, escaped punishment despite later making contact with the Haas driver.
