Horner says 2021 engine plan complaints just "filibustering"

Red Bull F1 boss Christian Horner believes the criticism aimed at the proposed engine plan for 2021 is just "filibustering" and reckons there are commercial issues lurking in the background. Ferrari, Mercedes and Renault have all expressed doubts, but Horner – as the boss of a high profile customer team – is adamant that the plans are going in the right direction. He has campaigned for rules that will encourage independent suppliers such as Cosworth and Ilmor to produce engines.
