Hartley: Penalty is a bit frustrating
With four engine penalties in four grands prix, Brendon Hartley admits the situation has become a 'bit frustrating'. Toro Rosso revealed on Friday that New Zealand racer Hartley was facing yet another engine penalty at the season finale in Abu Dhabi.
