Latifi secures reserve driver role at Force India

Formula Two race-winner Nicolas Latifi has joined the Force India team as reserve and test driver for the 2018 season. Force India confirmed that he will participate in the young driver tests and 'a number of Friday practice sessions at Grand Prix events'. The 22-year-old joins the Silverstone-based team following his most successful campaign in a Formula One feeder series to date. Driving for the Dams team, Latifi secured one win and eight podium finishes en route to fifth place in series.
