Mercedes 2018 engine will be 'pretty much all new'

Having won 63 of the 79 races held since the new engine formula was introduced in 2018 - that's 79.7% for all those FOM numbers men - it's fair to say that the German power unit is the benchmark. However, never one to rest on its laurels, and aware that Ferrari, as well as Renault, will be seeking to make up ground this year, Mercedes is planning an all new unit for 2018 as it prepares to defend its titles for a fifth time.
