Mercedes to introduce all-new power unit for 2018!

Mercedes isn't resting on its laurels and will introduce a brand new engine this season in a bid to keep its momentum flowing. The Silver Arrows squad has been the class of the field since Formula 1 ushered in the era of the V6 hybrid power unit in 2015. Last year, the German manufacturer conquered its fourth successive driver-constructor world title, an achievement which validated once again its outstanding expertise and engineering excellence. Mercedes' engine department in Brixworth has been responsible for designing and developing every single one of the team's power units, and the team led by Andy Cowell will be pushing the boundaries once again in 2018.
