Formula 1's growth on social media still in its infancy - Symonds

Formula 1 is growing at an impressive pace on social media but the sport still has a massive amount of catch-up to do to rival other high profile sports, says F1 specialist Pat Symonds. Liberty Media heavily promoted F1's presence last year on the various digital platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Youtube which resulted in improved engagement from the fan community and spectacular growth of its digital metrics for 2017.
