Ford motorsport boss: 'Never say never to Formula 1'

Ford motorsport boss Mark Rushbrook says the cost of racing in Formula 1 is currently too high, but he's keeping a watchful on developments nevertheless. Rushbrook admits the sport's hybrid era technology has drawn his interest, and he would take a closer look if F1 brings down the cost of competing significantly. "Hybrid power will be relevant for a long time for Ford," he told Autocar. "So I’d never say never to Formula 1, especially if it introduces budgets."
