A salute to the 'Professor' on his 63rd birthday

Four-time world champion Alain Prost celebrates his 63rd birthday today, and we've chosen a very particular picture to salute the F1 legend. It is perhaps one of our favourite classic shots, created by the expert eye of our friend Paul-Henri Cahier and an unusual set of circumstances which took place at the British GP in 1984. Jonathan Palmer had crashed on the 12th lap of the race, which was red-flagged. McLaren men Alain Prost and Niki Lauda were way in the lead at that point. They came to the start-finish line, stopped, and got out of their cars before any other driver had arrived!
