It's perhaps already a crucial weekend for Lewis Hamilton and Mercedes. The reigning world champion is just nine points behind championship leader and arch-rival Sebastian Vettel, but there will be a lot more at stake than just points in Baku. Hamilton has yet to win a race this season as Mercedes has been outpaced by its Scuderia opponent. Another defeat could further set back team and driver, not only in the standings but also on the confidence front. A flawless performance and perfect team work will be required this weekend. On the other hand, that's exactly the standard of excellence which prevails at the Silver Arrows squad.
