There was little doubt that the Soft, Supersoft and Ultrasoft compounds were going to be a strategy challenge and getting heat in the compounds in the cool weather on Sunday added to the challenge. Could Sebastian Vettel convert his pole position into a race win? Was Mercedes really that far off the pace? Could the long-run pace of the Red Bull cars provide a late-race surprise?
