Williams rookie Sergey Sirotkin has had anything but a smooth start to his F1-career in 2018, but the Russian sees a silver lining in the fact that he will learn from this experience as a driver. Sirotkin hasn't put any points on the board yet for Williams and was the cause of a collision at the start of the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, so things aren't looking perfect for the Russian.
