McLaren issue 'hands off' warning to F1 rivals

McLaren team boss, Zak Brown has issued a 'hands off' warning to their F1 rivals regarding Fernando Alonso. It is widely reported that Alonso could leave McLaren at the end of the season, as his contract comes to an end. A number of top teams, including Ferrari are interested in signing the Spaniard for 2019. Brown is desperate to keep Alonso with McLaren - but says even if the Spaniard leaves he could still race for the constructor in other events. “We’d like to have Fernando in our racing team for as long as he wants to drive,” Brown said. “I think he’ll continue driving beyond his Formula 1 career, and so if we’re in other forms of motor racing,...
