Verstappen needs to stop making errors after Monaco crash - Horner 

Red Bull team principal Christian Horner says Max Verstappen needs to learn and stop making errors following his latest crash of the 2018 Formula 1 season in Monaco.  In his bid to set the fastest lap in the closing stages of final practice Verstappen clipped the inside wall on the exit of the Swimming Pool chicane, launched over the kerbs and slammed into the barriers on the far side of the circuit in an almost exact-replica of his crash in the same section of the track in 2016.  The crash destroyed the front-right and rear-right of his Red Bull RB14 and left his mechanics with a big repair job ahead of qualifying.
