Sebastian Vettel believes the Red Bull of Daniel Ricciardo was out of reach in qualifying for the Monaco Grand Prix. Throughout the weekend Vettel and Ferrari had been struggling against the Red Bulls for outright pace, often missing several tenths of a second.
