Next season's changes are 'perfect moment' for Sauber

Formula 1's aerodynamic change comes at a "perfect moment" for Sauber, according to team principal Frederic Vasseur. Sauber's technical director Simone Resta is currently undergoing a rebuilding process of the engineering team. Resta was at Ferrari formerly, and will join the Sauber team on July 1st. Luca Furbatto will be working alongside Resta when he joins next month. Furbatto used to be at McLaren, Toro Rosso and Manor and is now the chief designer of Sauber's 2019 car. Sauber were one of the sides that voted for the change to the aerodynamic rules for next year's campaign. Vasseur says that research and development resources will be changed soon.
