Steiner claims 2019 regulation changes will hamper Haas development

Guenther Steiner claims the 2019 regulation changes will change Haas’ plans for development. It seems as if they will have to bring forward their plans. There’s plenty of talk about the 2021 regulation changes, but some are set to be introduced next season and it’s these which give attention to Steiner.  “We’ve had to do a lot of studies with the new regulations.
